Since 2016, our ethos has been relaxed, approachable dining with some added polish, and this remains true now, a decade on. A simple reflection of the spirit of a classic French bistro and the contemporary edge of the city we call home, with some of the best seasonal produce and some of the most talented chefs the city has to offer.
